1. Digital Service Disclaimer

All subscriptions are digital services delivered electronically. Once activation details are sent, the service is considered delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • The service has not been activated.

  • Technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team.

  • Duplicate payments were made accidentally.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after activation

  • Incompatible device issues not listed as supported

  • Internet speed problems on the user’s side

  • Failure to follow installation instructions
