All subscriptions are digital services delivered electronically. Once activation details are sent, the service is considered delivered.
Refunds may be granted only if:
The service has not been activated.
Technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team.
Duplicate payments were made accidentally.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Change of mind after activation
Incompatible device issues not listed as supported
Internet speed problems on the user’s side
Failure to follow installation instructions
Refund requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of purchase by contacting:
