  • Refunds are not granted if the issue is related to the customer’s equipment (e.g., incompatible device, poor internet connection) or failure to follow setup instructions.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of noticing the issue.
  • We will verify the issue and, if eligible, process the refund within the same day using the original payment method.

3. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be granted if login credentials have been shared or used on multiple devices, violating our Conditions of Use.
